KohiBrewJP was founded in 2020 in Shibuya, Tokyo. It began when our founder became captivated by the third wave coffee movement and noticed a lack of comprehensive brewing guides accessible in Japanese.
Our mission is to explain a wide range of brewing methods — from hand drip and siphon to cold brew — in depth, and to share the richness of specialty coffee with everyone. By providing content that both beginners and professionals can enjoy, we aim to enrich Japanese coffee culture for years to come.
